Justicia Legis Harkat focuses on publishing scholarly works in the field of legal studies and justice studies that examine the development of legal theories, concepts, and practices in order to strengthen law enforcement, legal certainty, and substantive justice amid societal dynamics. The journal serves as a platform for disseminating research findings, conceptual studies, and critical analyses that highlight the interrelationship between legal norms, legal institutions, and social realities, both in national and international contexts.
